Something About Spring

Ah, that feeling when you are getting back on track after a long struggle. It has definitely something to do with the fact that spring is here with increasing daylight and warm sunshine (although the spring weather might still play April fools’ jokes on us). I think I have become more sensitive to seasonal changes over the years – for better or worse.

Nevertheless, this energy boost is much-needed because I have busy days ahead and lots of things to juggle. It would be wishful thinking to believe that everything could work perfectly in sync, like the swan couple in the picture above, but at least I have tried to set up strategies to avoid the worst kind of collisions. One step ahead and at the same time hopelessly behind, the paradox of my life. Well, I am not going to delve into that, I will save the deep thinking for the crash course in research methodology that I am participating in this month. So, over and out for now – literally, I had better go for a walk and catch some sunlight before I continue the daily chores.

Enjoy springtime!
